Many of the men and women who have bravely defended our nation return home from combat with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and other disabilities that render them dependent.
As a Veteran and someone from a family of Veterans we understand the difficulties they face integrating into civilian life as well as they challenges of uncertain futures with new disabilities.
Our Triple C program places well matched and well trained service dogs with Veterans to help them achieve some independence.
The Purple Heart Tree Project
Honoring Those Who Served With The Resilience Of Trees
Our Tree Planting project will honor our Purple Heart, Military Veterans who were wounded in the war. We will plant Purple Heart trees as living statues holding out lasting living legacy.
Purple Heart Trees will bear commemorative plaques inscribed with the name of the veteran and name of the adoptive owner.
ADOPT A PURPLE HEART TREE
Individuals or organizations are invited to prequalify to adopt a Purple Heart Tree based on a pre qualification basis. Successful adoptive owners will have their names mentioned on the website as well as inscribed on the plaques.
